What is the forecast based on and how accurate is it?
The model analyzes over 100 data points from customer behavior and transaction history. Accuracy is validated using historical data: it is trained on 801,030 past data points and then tested on the remaining 201,030 to verify its alignment with actual events. Typical accuracy ranges from 70 to 801,030.
Which behavioral factors does the AI analyze?
It analyzes signals such as visit frequency, time spent on the website/app, product search and purchase behavior, and customer response to discounts. Seasonal fluctuations are also taken into account – for example, product categories that some customers only buy once a year.
Do we need our own developers or data scientists?
No. It's a no-code solution, so marketers and analysts can manage the models through the user interface without writing any code. Your IT team typically only provides initial support for connecting and exporting the data.
How does the integration with our existing systems work?
Integration is achieved via an open API or a direct connection to cloud storage (e.g., BigQuery). Once connected, segments can be automatically transferred to your email platform or CRM. This ensures your campaigns and lists remain up-to-date without manual exports.
