Colobridge collects this information automatically from your device and web browser using cookies and similar technologies.

  • Information about how you interact with us. We may collect technical data about your use of our website and your interaction with our digital advertisements and promotions, such as content viewed or downloaded, features used, links clicked, promotional emails opened, and the date and time of interactions. Colobridge collects this information using cookies and similar technologies.

2.4. Colobridge, as the data controller, does not collect or process any sensitive data.

3. How does Colobridge use and share your personal data?

3.1. Colobridge may use your personal data for the following purposes:​

3.1.1. Developing and maintaining our relationships with you and our business partners. This may include: (i) providing services or carrying out transactions requested by end users or our business partners; (ii) providing information about Colobridge products, services, and transactions, as well as advertising, that may be of interest to you; (iii) ensuring a more consistent user experience for you and our business partners when interacting with Colobridge or with business partners, including by learning about you and your use of websites, products, and services; and (iv) planning, managing, and executing our contractual relationships with you or our business partners.

3.1.2. Communication with you or your company. This may include: (i) providing information about Colobridge products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you or your company; (ii) providing information about relevant products, services, and transactions, such as pricing information, technical data, invoices, or information about product or service improvements; (iii) responding to your questions and inquiries; and (iv) inviting you to participate in customer satisfaction or market research surveys or informing you of their results.

3.1.3. Providing and improving our websites, products, and services. 3.4.1. We may share your personal data with our service providers or subcontractors to obtain the services necessary for us to provide our services to you or our business partners. 3.4.4. Colobridge, as a service provider (including as a data processor), may disclose personal data of end customers or their representatives in accordance with the lawful instructions of the business partner and as stipulated in the agreement between us and our business partner. 3.4.5. Colobridge may share your personal data with other companies in the Colobridge Group, including those in other countries. In this case, these other Colobridge companies will use your data in accordance with this policy and all applicable data protection laws.

3.5. Colobridge may share anonymized or aggregated information internally and with third parties for any purpose. This information cannot be used to identify you and is not considered your personal data.

4. Safety and storage period

4.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved in processing your personal data. We maintain organizational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect the personal data covered by this policy from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. Access to personal data is restricted to a limited number of employees who need this information to perform their duties.​

Colobridge takes appropriate contractual or other measures to ensure adequate protection of personal data that is disclosed to third parties or transferred to another country, including transfers within Colobridge. For transfers to third countries, we have entered into standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection for the transfer of your personal data to these entities outside the EEA.

Although we use security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized disclosure, misuse or alteration, as with all internet-connected computer networks, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and are not liable for security breaches that are beyond our reasonable control.

5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

5.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data depends on the purpose of the processing.​

6.1.2. Right to rectification. You have the right to request that Colobridge immediately correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you. 6.1.3. Right to erasure.The right to erasure is also known as the “right to be forgotten.” You can ask Colobridge to delete your personal data. Please note that this right is not absolute. By law, Colobridge is only obliged to delete your personal data at your request under the following circumstances:

  • Your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collected or processed it;

  • If Colobridge processes your personal data based on your consent, you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for us to continue processing your personal data;

  • If Colobridge processes your personal data for its legitimate business interests, you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for us to continue processing your personal data;

  • if Colobridge has processed your personal data unlawfully; or

  • The personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation to which Colobridge is subject under the law of the European Union or a Member State.

We are not obliged to delete your personal data to the extent that Colobridge needs to process it in order to:

6.1.5. Right to data portability.You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to Colobridge if:

  • The processing of data is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and Colobridge;

  • Fulfilling your request will not infringe on the rights and freedoms of others.

6.1.6. Right to object. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Colobridge if this processing is based on Colobridge's legitimate business interests. We will no longer process your personal data unless Colobridge can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
If Colobridge processes your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to this processing. If you exercise this right, Colobridge will cease processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

6.1.7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Colobridge will make every effort to address and resolve all inquiries and complaints.
