What is the prediction based on, and how accurate is it?
The model analyzes 100+ data points from customer behavior and transaction history. We validate accuracy on historical data: it trains on 80% of past data and is tested on the remaining 20% to see how well it matches what actually happened. Typical accuracy is 70–80%.
What behavioral factors does the AI analyze?
It looks at signals like visit frequency, time on site/app, product browsing and purchase patterns, and how customers react to discounts. It also accounts for seasonality - for example, categories some people buy only once a year.
Do we need our own developers or data scientists?
No. It’s a no-code solution, so marketers and analysts can manage the models in the interface without writing code. Your IT team usually only helps once at the start to connect and export the data.
How does integration work with our existing systems?
Integration happens via an open API or a direct connection to cloud storage (e.g., BigQuery). Once connected, segments can be automatically pushed into your email platform or CRM. This keeps your campaigns and lists updated without manual exports.
